Cold and creamy banana pudding recipe
By Unknown 11:06 PM Recipes
Oh my gah, anyone else love some banana pudding?
I found this recipe earlier on Bakerella and I had to share it!
It's a little different from the typical banana pudding.
Cold & Creamy Banana Pudding
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant pudding and pie filling
2 cups (1 pint) whipped cream, whipped*
36 vanilla wafers
3 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water.
Add pudding mix and beat until well blended.
Chill 5 minutes in refrigerator.
Fold in whipped topping. (Do this slowly and as few times as you possible to combine, so the mixture will retain its thickness.)
Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl.
Top with 1/3 each of wafers, bananas and pudding. Repeat twice.
Garnish as desired.
Chill thoroughly. Refrigerate any leftovers.
You can also layer in individual serving dishes.

Strawberry No-Bake Cheesecake with Chocolate Crust
Ingredients
2 cups chocolate cookies or biscuits
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract butter
8 tables unsalted butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
12 ounces strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
Instructions
In a sealable plastic bag, thoroughly crush chocolate cookies with a rolling pin. Add cookie crumbs and sugar to a bowl. Melt butter and blend well with the crumb-and-sugar mixture. Press into the bottom and up along the sides of a buttered and floured 8-inch tart pan. (A springform pan or regular pie pan are also good options.) Cover with plastic wrap and chill until firm.
While crust is setting, beat cream cheese in a bowl until soft. Add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract, and beat mixture until fluffy and smooth. In a separate chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until firm peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese. Add the filling into the chocolate crust and spread out evenly.
Arrange sliced strawberries on top of cheesecake. Cover and chill for a couple of hours before serving.

Mini Pumpkin Pies
This one was found via Pinterest again
...and sent me to another "adorable" and "delicous" site called Make and Takes
These are socute, and perfect for your Thanksgiving feast

Ingredients and materials
Pumpkin pie filling for one 9-inch pie
2 9-inch pie crust doughs – pre-made from a box
Bowl or round cookie cutter 4 inches in diameter
Muffin tin
Whipped cream
Makes 12 mini pumpkin pies
1. Prep your dough. Using a bowl or 4 inch round cookie cutter, cut out 12 circles from your 2 9-inch pie crust doughs.
2. Place each circle into a pre-greased muffin tin. Press them in, letting the sides come up for a fun look. Score the bottom of your dough with a fork to keep the crust from bubbling up as it cooks.
3. Pour your filling into each muffin tin cup. Fill them to the very top. I like to use the recipe for filling from the pumpkin can. But there are a lot of great recipes out there where you can use fresh pumpkin to make your filling.
4. Bake your muffin tin pumpkin pies at 425* for 15 minutes. Then turn your heat down to 350* and bake them for 25-30 minutes. (This is 15-20 minutes less than a regular pie)
5. Let these cool on a wire rack for a couple of hours to let the pumpkin filling set.
6. Add a dollop of whipped cream to each individual muffin tin pie.
"Sounds amazing can't wait to try these!!"

Guest Blogging Day 3
By Unknown 11:13 AM Recipes
Thank you so much for having me as a guest blogger Ashton! The blogging world truly does embrace everyone! I just started my blog The Beginner Housewife this last week and I’m over the moon with how kind everyone has been! So, with that being said, here is my very special, secret recipe!
With Halloween around the corner everyone’s looking for the best recipe that is sure to knock the socks off your party guests. I have the ticket – alcohol.
It’s my mother-in-law’s recipe, Vodka Slush.
This deliciously awesome drink will have your party guests raving about your Halloween Party for years to come.
Note: If you don’t want to have a repeat party at your house do not make this recipe, it’s that delish!!!
Ingredients:
1. 1 – 6oz Cherry Jello Gelation
2. 2 – 12oz frozen orange juice
3. 2 – 12oz frozen lemonade
4. 1 – Bottle of cranberry juice (you’ll need 4 cups)
5. 1 – Bottle of Vodka (you’ll need 4 cups)
6. 2 – Bottles of Sprite/7-UP
7. SPACE IN FREEZER
8. HUGE ASS BOWL (This will be the bowl you put in freezer and houses all the slush – we normally use two containers, living in apartment’s means no space.)
Directions:
1. Grab empty bowl
2. Pour one six ounce cherry jello gelation into bowl.
3. Dissolve two cups of hot water into bowl, stir.
4. Add six cups of cold water.
5. Add in both twelve ounce frozen orange juices
6. Add in both twelve ounce frozen lemonade juices
7. Pour in four cups of cranberry juice
8. Pour in four cups of vodka
9. SEE HOW FULL THE BOWL IS? It feeds an army!
10. Place bowl in freezer (Will freeze for 48 hours)
11. Okay, from here on out you will occasionally pull the bowl out and stir the mixture. It is going to become a slush of sorts (hence the name vodka slush). I start with every two hours while I’m awake, then once before I go to work and when I’m home in the evenings back to two hours).
12. When ready to serve put about two to three spoonful’s of slush and fill the rest of the cup with Sprite/7-UP to the top! THEN ENJOY!
